Earlier I sent a couple of my friends a postcard from New Zealand while I was there back earlier this month. (Side note, if you ever get the chance to go, I'd highly recommend you going. It's worth the 20 hour flight.)I put it in the mailbox on the 4th of October, and apparently, my friends have just received it today in the mail (on the 30th). 30-4...that's 26 days to get from a Queenstown mailbox to a Toronto mailbox. That took a while.
Then again, it's better than this other time where the postcard didn't show up at all.
Happy Birthday to my dear friend Katherine who turned 20 ....technically "yesterday"...but eh.
Don't forget to roll back, daylight savings! Woo, an extra hour of...sleep/slack/doing nothing-ness.
