This is Mark Vincent, a 15 year old Australia's Got Talent 2009 winner (from earlier this year). This guy can flat out sing, and his album, My Dream - Mio Visione has been out, and isn't bad at all. In it, he sings pretty famous songs which includes Time to Say Goodbye, Ave Maria, You Raise Me Up, and many more. Look forward to hearing more from him in the near future.
(kind reminds me of what happened with Paul Potts, who ended up to be an international star, singing everywhere and even has a track in a Korean drama OST)
